This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be offered for digital products purchased from Puzzlebox Audio.

1. Digital Goods and Withdrawal Rights

All Puzzlebox Audio products are supplied as digital downloads.

Under applicable consumer protection laws, consumers may ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right is lost once delivery begins, provided the customer has expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged that the right of withdrawal will be lost.

By completing your purchase and downloading any Puzzlebox Audio product, you expressly request the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that, once delivery begins, you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

2. All Sales Are Final After Download

Once any part of the product has been downloaded, all sales are final.
Refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will not be issued after download begins, except in the cases outlined below.

3. Exceptions

Puzzlebox Audio may, at its sole discretion, offer a refund or replacement in the following situations:

  • Duplicate purchase of the same product.

  • Corrupted or incomplete files that cannot be restored or replaced.

To request support under these exceptions, contact support@puzzleboxaudio.com within 14 days of purchase and include:

  1. Your order number

  2. Proof of purchase

  3. A description of the issue

4. Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their hardware, software, and storage systems are compatible with the files provided.

Refunds will not be issued due to incompatibility.

5. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
